Anxiety Buster

When a client enters the paddock with the feeling of anxiety horses will naturally notice the energy.  This is a great opportunity because it offers crucial insights into emotions, attitudes and behaviours.  

Clients then have the opportunity to work on behaviours that may help reduce the anxiety; eg awareness, breath work, checking the environment and staying in the present.

Horse Wisdom Programs

This eight-week program is designed to help children & adolescents raise awareness & build resilience to assist them with their journey into adulthood.  For more detailed information, please review the "horse program" page.

School Holiday Teen's Program

Adolescence is a difficult time, with teenagers trying to figure out who they are. Their emotions

 are swirling around inside & their ability to self-regulate is compromised, they may not understand what
they are feeling, little own trying to express these feelings !


During the school holidays, we will be running 2 separate
one-day programs focusing on adolescence. 

 These days will be divided into different age groups:

10-14 yo - 22 September

15-18 yo - 27 September

Cost $195     |     Time: 9:00am - 2:00pm


Women's - Nourish the Soul

As a woman, we wear many hats, wife, partner, organiser,  teacher, disciplinarian, employee, the list goes on. And, somewhere within all those descriptions, is you, your soul, the essence of who you are.  

Step into the paddock and let's rediscover who you are, in the here & now.  Let's work together on strategies to get your life back on track and heading in the direction that you would like to be going.
